Ric Harvey, founder of Tool Cribbs International/911 Tool Cribbs, is armed with well-rounded experience and poised to take this company from its humble beginnings to its goal of becoming a Fortune 500 company. He is a Marine veteran with extensive leadership and management experience in top companies, including IBM and Xerox. He has owned and operated other businesses in the cellular phone industry.

Back in 1999, Ric was helping with a neighbors' much needed home remodeling. Every day he dragged tools from his house to hers, spending as much time packing, transporting, and unpacking tools and equipment as he did actually working on the project. He experienced, first-hand the frustrations many construction workers deal with on a daily basis. He quickly became frustrated with the inefficiency and began to look for better options.

He used a basic trailer to house daily necessities for his project. It made a tremendous impact on his ability to complete the project in a timely manner and simplified the project as well. That was the beginning of Tool Cribbs International/911 Tool Cribbs. Ric traveled the world, speaking with more than 4,000 contractors, ranchers, farmers and municipal workers. He asked them very basic questions to understand their specific needs. Based on their responses, he developed a product that would have broad appeal and tremendous impact on each of their businesses.
